Vincent, a service writer in the service department, has been super helpful with minor issues I've had here and there dealing with my 2024 Raptor R.  He seems to be very knowledgeable and even at providing valuable info on accessories and possible modifications to the truck. Had my truck towed in 22 f250 with 30k miles for all the lights on the dash flashing and a no start. Not enough miles for a major problem, but sure enough it had the potential to be one. Vincent let me know my options and what it could be. He continued to follow up and let me know the progress for the few days he had my truck. In the end Geweke took care of the repair, not sure if it was warranty or just good customer service, but vincent made the entire process smooth and efficient. Ernesto the finance manager and Marco our salesman were both great throughout the whole process. We didnt feel pushed or pressured. We went to a few dealerships, and none of the experiences felt good.
