Vincent, a service writer in the service department, has been super helpful with minor issues I've had here and there dealing with my 2024 Raptor R. He seems to be very knowledgeable and even at providing valuable info on accessories and possible modifications to the truck. Thanks for all the assistance here and there Vincent, you've been invaluable!!! 👍👍
